Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

What is StillRuns?

StillRuns is a marketplace for classic vehicles built between 1941 and 2000. Sellers list their cars, buyers browse and contact sellers directly — no middlemen, no buyer fees.

How do I create an account?

Download the StillRuns iOS app and sign up with your email or Apple ID. Account creation takes under 2 minutes.

Is StillRuns free for buyers?

Yes. Buyers pay nothing to StillRuns. Browse and message sellers completely free.

What kinds of vehicles are listed on StillRuns?

Classic cars and trucks built between 1941 and 2000. We focus exclusively on vehicles with collector interest — muscle cars, sports cars, European imports, pre-war classics, JDM, and more.

Is there a StillRuns website?

Yes — StillRuns is available on iOS and at this website. Browsing and purchasing subscriptions happens on the web; messaging and listing management happens in the iOS app.

For Sellers

How do I list my car?

Open the StillRuns iOS app, tap “Sell,” and follow the listing wizard. Enter your VIN for automatic spec decoding, upload photos, set your price, and choose a subscription plan. Your listing goes live within 24 hours of review.

What subscription plans are available?

StillRuns has three listing plans:

  • Listing — $69 one-time. List your car and let buyers find you. Pay once; the listing stays live until your car sells.
  • Touring — $129 one-time. Everything in Listing, plus Seller Tools: per-dimension listing health score, weekly performance report, buyer activity signals, price calibration, and ghost pricing.
  • Collector Pass — $799/year. Up to 3 active listings, portfolio dashboard, buyer pipeline, and Verified Seller badge. Built for owners managing multiple vehicles.

All plans include the same full photo gallery — photo count is not limited by your plan.

Can I add more than one listing?

Yes. The Collector Pass ($799/year) plan includes 3 simultaneous listing slots with instant slot recovery when a vehicle sells. Listing and Touring plans each cover one vehicle at a time.

Do I pay a commission when my car sells?

No. StillRuns charges only the listing subscription. When your car sells, 100% of the sale price goes to you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Listing and Touring are one-time payments, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Collector Pass renews annually and can be managed from account settings or by contacting support before the next renewal date.

How many photos can I upload?

All plans include the same full photo gallery — photo count is not limited by your plan. Video upload is also available on all plans.

What happens to my listing if I cancel?

Your listing deactivates at the end of the billing period. You can reactivate anytime by restarting your subscription.

Can I edit my listing after it goes live?

Yes. You can update photos, description, price, and details at any time from the iOS app.

For Buyers

How do I contact a seller?

Tap any listing to view the full details, then tap “Message Seller.” All communication happens in the StillRuns iOS app.

Can I make an offer?

Yes. From any listing in the app, you can send a message, make an offer, or counter-offer. Sellers can accept, decline, or counter.

Does StillRuns verify listings?

All listings go through a review process before going live. We check for completeness and obvious misrepresentation. However, StillRuns is not able to independently verify mechanical condition — we strongly recommend a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic before any purchase.

Can I save listings I’m interested in?

Yes. Tap the save icon on any listing to add it to your Saved list, accessible from the app’s Saved tab.

Does StillRuns facilitate the actual transaction?

StillRuns connects buyers and sellers; the actual transaction happens directly between the two parties. StillRuns does not hold funds, process payments between users, or handle title transfer. Review our Buyer Tips page for guidance on safe transactions.

Payments & Billing

How does billing work?

Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe on the StillRuns website. You won’t be charged inside the iOS app.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. StillRuns never stores your card number. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

When am I billed?

Listing and Touring are charged once at checkout. Collector Pass is charged annually and renews each year until canceled.

Can I get a refund?

Listing Package purchases are refundable within 72 hours of listing activation. Touring and Collector Pass purchases are final except where our Terms of Service provide otherwise or where a platform error prevented delivery of the purchased service. If you believe there was a billing error, contact billing@stillruns.app.

Technical

What devices does StillRuns support?

StillRuns iOS app requires iOS 16 or later. The website works on all modern browsers.

My listing isn’t showing up in search — why?

New listings go through a review process that typically takes up to 24 hours. If your listing hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, contact support@stillruns.app.

How do I reset my password?

Use the password reset page, enter the email address on your account, and follow the link sent to your inbox.

Is my data private?

Yes. Review our Privacy Policy for full details. We do not sell your personal data.
